SBRotator, a new jailbreak-only tweak, was just released and it brings landscape homescreens to the iPhone in addition to a feature that makes all apps work in landscape. The tweak is fully customizable so you can arrange your homescreen apps anyway you like and is fully compatible with Apple’s latest iOS devices.
